Fancy a laugh? Well look no further! The Saturday night Comedy Sessions features three stand up comedians from around the globe every Saturday evening from 7.00pm. 7.00pm Until 10.00pm (First comedian onstage 7.45pm).

Ticket holders are entitled to stay in the venue for the following Boogaloo clubnight

Please note that there is limited seating at the comedy club and it is strictly first come, first served, so we do recommend getting to the venue early to ensure you are not disappointed.

Chris Ramsey: Chris is a firm favourite at The HiFi Club. He's a ball of energy direct from Newcastle who never fails to keep us entertained!

 

 

SATURDAY 27TH MARCH – Howard Read, Paul Tonkinson, Sam Avery

 

Howard Read

Best known for his animated interactive stand-up comedy character Little Howard. Howard is currently touring two shows around the UK, one for adults, one for children. We have performed in the UK, the US and Australia. He has appeared on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno (NBC), The Melbourne International Comedy Festival Gala (ABC, Austrailia) and as a regular on Comedy Cuts (ITV2).

Paul Tonkinson: As a self-confessed professional northerner - and far worse, a celebrity Manchester United fan, comedian Paul Tonkinson is a star of comedy in all its forms. Be it on stage, in character or as a TB host, this man does not fail to make you giggle.

SATURDAY 3rd APRIL – Christian Reilly and Chris Ramsey 

Christian Reilly - At the age of 15, Christian Reilly joined a band to get laid. The Salvation Army had different ideas…As former integral part of the Perrier award-winning show Otis Lee Crenshaw and the Black Liars, with comic/songster Rich Hall, Christian's career has taken him around the world three times. On his way, he received accolades at international festivals and numerous network TV credits in the USA, Australia, New Zealand and Britain. Now a solo stand-up performer and playing all the major comedy venues in his own right, Christian uses his dynamic guitar and vocal skills to target histrionic rock bands, musical theatre and morose indie musicians. He recently wrote and performed for 'That Was Then This Is Now' (BBC Radio 2) as musical counterpart to Richard Herring and Emma Kennedy, as well as giving his improvisation skills an outing on Radio 2's 'Jammin'.

 SATURDAY 10TH APRIL – Pete Firman, Alun Cochrane and Barry Dodds 

Pete Firman - Pete Firman is the UK's leading Comedian/Magician. A familiar face on British television, Pete has appeared as presenter, pundit and panel guest on all sorts of programmes, as well as being nominated for a Golden Rose at the Rose d'Or Festival in Montreux. His skill for fusing comedy and magic together has taken him around the world from international comedy festivals, guest television appearances
