Disko Stew has rapidly evolved from a little basement party in Hyde Park and, with the help of a collaboration with Leeds’ finest Disco, House & Funk aficionados Raised By Wolves, it is now to be hosted monthly at the brilliant HiFi Club.
Heavily influenced by funky rhythms and soulful melodies, The Disko Stew Residents, who operate a vinyl only policy, will collaboratively dig the crates, taking you on a cosmic journey through Afrobeat, Latin Funk & Soul to Italo & Disco House, with a splash of classics thrown into the mix, to keep you jumping & jiving all night long!
Every party has freshly baked disko biscuits and brownies to welcome the early birds in and the latest installment of our Disko Stew Mix compilations. These are handed out throughout the night so be sure to get your hands on these as they are specially compiled by our brilliant resident DJ’s.
Each party is always different from the last with us striving for the best atmosphere so be sure to bring your finest dancing grooves to HiFi for the next one…
